Upon request, product may be authorized for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in original delivered condition within 30 days from the original invoice date. Any custom or made-to-order items will not be authorized for return. A refund can only be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has already been received. Please see below for details on returns.
To request a return on an item please contact our customer service team. If a return is authorized, Kravet will provide a Return Material Authorization Number to be used as reference. Kravet may issue a prepaid return label at its own discretion. If the prepaid return label is not provided by Kravet, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return freight. Customer must securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
If the item is not packaged and returned within the aforementioned 30 days of original invoice, the Return Material Authorization will be considered voided. Kravet does NOT accept any returns on made-to-order goods, unless previously authorized by Kravet due to transit damage or defect as mentioned above.
The shipping charges incurred during original delivery of the item are not refundable. The purchaser will also be responsible for any delivery charges that are incurred during the return process of the item(s). However, if the item is returned due to damage, is defective or incorrect, Kravet will accept the return or replace the item at no additional cost.
To request a return on an item recently received via White Glove Delivery Service please contact our customer service team. If this return is authorized by our staff, a pick-up of the return item(s) will be scheduled.
White Glove Delivery charges are not refundable. The customer will also be responsible for any return service pickup charges that are incurred. However, if the item is returned due to damage, is defective or incorrect, Kravet will accept the return or replace the item at no additional cost.
White Glove Delivery includes unloading, light assembly and removal of packaging materials. The customer should inspect ordered piece(s) prior to signing for shipment. Any quality issues or damages should be noted on the delivery paperwork. Even if the package is slightly damaged, please note "Package Damaged" on the paperwork and contact our customer service team immediately. Items may not be eligible for a refund or replacement if the shipment is accepted without listing any issues. The customer must notify Kravet of any damages or defect within 3 business days of delivery. If the issue is not reported to our staff and approved within the aforementioned 3 business days of the delivery date, Kravet cannot accept any returns.
* Upon the return of the item(s), all products will be inspected for any possible damages. If the item(s) is found to be in the original delivered condition, the item(s) will be accepted for return and a restocking fee of 25% from the purchase amount will be deducted from the refund amount. A credit will be issued to the card used for the customer's purchase within 10 business days from when Kravet received the returned item(s).
All products marked as "Sale," "Final Sale" or otherwise included in the "Sale" section of our website are final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. However, if you receive a sale item and find there is substantial damage or some other issue, please contact us.
