How will I know that you've received my order?

Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly to the email address entered at order confirmation.

How do I cancel my order completely?

If you are in the process of checking out and decide you do not want to complete the order, you can leave the checkout process at any time by using your browser back button, the "Cancel" button at the bottom of the shopping cart, or by clicking on the logo at the top of the page. If you logged into your account before placing an order, the items in your cart will remain there for your next visit. Additionally you can use the "Save Cart" button to store your shopping cart until a later time.

Please note that we may not be able to cancel an order if it's already in the shipping process. To speak with a customer service representative and inquire about canceling or changing an order that's already been placed, please contact us using the information here.

How do I order offline? products can be ordered through a local showroom or sales representative, as well as through our contact us page.

How do I know if my items are available immediately?

An inventory status will appear on the product detail page for each item. Occasionally, we find that an in-stock item is damaged or defective when we fill an order, therefore getting a replacement for you results in your item becoming temporarily unavailable. If this should occur, we'll strive to fulfill your order promptly; we'll also notify you immediately. This delay will not incur further charges.

Are there items that are one of a kind or limited supply?

Some products may have a limited offering and will be removed from the site once the items are no longer available. It may be possible that a product is sold out but has not been updated on the site before another order is taken. In this case you will be contacted via email as soon as possible to advise of this issue with the current status or re-selection opportunity.

Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?

Items may ship from different origins, and may be available at different times. All items will ship to you as they become available.

When is my credit card charged?

Credit card charges will be processed at time of checkout on all items.

Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my order? works diligently to ship your items in a timely manner. Stocked items ship as they are available, typically within two business days of the original order. For furniture delivery, our delivery service will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. We will contact you immediately if the arrival date of your order is delayed. Some items are made to order and will ship once production is complete.

How will my order be delivered?

Furniture orders and large/non-standard items will be delivered via White Glove delivery. All other product will be shipped via standard parcel service. Expedited service may be available for additional fees. Please contact us to update your order if necessary.

What are the charges for White Glove service?

White Glove delivery charges are flat fees based on the type of product.

Your personal information, including your credit card information and sign-in password is stored in encrypted formats at all times.

What web browsers are recommended for optimal viewing?

For optimal viewing we recommend Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer version 10 and above. While we do have limited support for older browsers, we strongly encourage you to upgrade your web browser to the latest supported version.
